Rocco Massari founded Massari Law, LLC in 2015 with the mission to provide quality, integrity driven legal services to clients, using a practical, client-focused approach to identify and respond to life’s opportunities and challenges. Prior to opening his own firm, Rocco was a partner at the Chicagoland Law Group where he specialized in Corporate Law and Estate Planning. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association and Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association. Rocco graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.A. in 2003 and the Valparaiso University Law School with his J.D. in May 2013. While in Law School, Rocco served in the Valparaiso University Tax Clinic where he provided legal representation to impoverished clients. Rocco gained practical experience in the Tax Clinic negotiating Offers in Compromise and Currently Not Collectible Statuses with the Internal Revenue Service. In addition, Rocco gained practical experience handling property tax appeals for Cook, Will, Lake and Dupage Counties while working as a law clerk at a firm specializing in property tax appeals. Lastly, Rocco gained hands on experience working on litigation cases for the City of Chicago Park District during his time as a law clerk. Rocco is married to his wife Ashley and has two daughters, Mila and Hailey. In his spare time, Rocco enjoys traveling, golf, tennis, watching sports and movies. |
